My phone was coming apart, literally, on one corner it was lifting from the case. I knew I needed a new battery but I was worried I had done some damage to my phone because I dropped it. It turns out my battery was SWOLLEN. I have never experienced this, but my phone was on life support a lot (on the charger) and at times my battery would get very hot. It's important to get the battery replaced as I have since learned that these phones can catch on fire! I can not say enough good things about the service here at this store, I got right in, he was knowledgeable, gave me a time frame to complete the repair, and I ran some errands and an hour and a half later my phone was ready. For anyone who has changed a battery in a phone, (I have) it's well worth paying someone to do this tedious job as the screws are so tiny and due to the complexities of these phones, get it done right.
I highly recommend this store, excellent service and reasonably priced.
