Do I need an appointment for a repair?
Appointments are encouraged for faster service, but walk-ins are always welcome. You can also ship your device to us using our mail-in repair program.
How long do repairs usually take?
Many common repairs (like phone screens or battery swaps) are completed same day or within 1–2 hours. More complex issues—such as motherboard repairs or data recovery—may take longer. We’ll always keep you updated.
What is your warranty policy?
All repairs come with a standard 90-day warranty, on manufacturer or part defect. Physical damage is not covered.
Do you offer diagnostics before the repair?
Yes—our diagnostic fee is $29 and diagnostic fees are waived if you proceed with the repair.
Can I trade in my device instead of repairing it?
Absolutely. If the cost to repair isn’t worth it to you, we’ll provide a trade-in value that can be applied toward cash, store credit, or even a new custom gaming PC.
