iShattered Screen LLC DBA iShattered Electronics - Repair Warranty Policy Last Updated Date: February 3, 2026
This Repair Warranty Policy describes the terms and conditions under which iShattered Screen LLC DBA iShattered Electronics (“iShattered Electronics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides limited warranty coverage for repair services performed on customer devices. This policy applies to all in store, walk in, appointment, and mail in repair services.
This policy constitutes a repair warranty only and is not insurance.
1. Scope of Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies solely to issues directly related to the repair service performed by iShattered Electronics. Coverage is limited to the specific repair completed and does not extend to any other components, conditions, or future damage.
This warranty does not guarantee continued device performance, durability, or resistance to damage.
2. Covered Under Warranty
The only condition covered under this warranty is:
Frame separation resulting directly from the repair performed by iShattered Electronics
No other conditions, failures, or issues are covered.
3. Touch Functionality Review
Touch related issues without broken glass or a broken digitizer may be eligible for warranty consideration only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of inspection:
- The screen glass is not cracked
- The digitizer is not cracked or broken
- There is no LCD damage
- There is no OLED damage
- The device shows no physical damage
- The device shows no water or liquid damage
If any of the above conditions are present, the issue is not covered under this warranty.
Evaluation of touch functionality is based solely on physical inspection findings and device condition at the time of review.
4. Exclusions From Warranty Coverage
The following conditions are not covered under any circumstances, regardless of appearance or customer statements, including situations where the external glass is not cracked:
- LCD damage
- OLED damage
- Lines appearing on the display
- Black spots on OLED displays
- Blacked out OLED display areas
- Cracked LCD or OLED panels, whether internal or external
- Touch issues associated with LCD damage, OLED damage, digitizer damage, or physical impact are not covered.
All internal display damage is treated the same as external damage.
5. Water and Liquid Damage
Any form of water or liquid exposure voids this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Entire display turning green
- Entire display turning white
- Partial or complete display failure
Liquid damage determinations are made through physical inspection.
6. Screen Protectors and Cases
Screen protectors and protective cases are not covered under this warranty.
Screen protectors and cases are considered preventative accessories only and:
- Do not guarantee protection from damage
- Do not prevent screen, LCD, digitizer, or OLED failure
- Do not extend or create warranty coverage
- Do not constitute a warranty on the screen
Use of a screen protector, case, or both does not imply or establish warranty coverage on any device component.
7. Warranty Void Statements
Warranty coverage is void even if a customer claims:
- The device was dropped from a small height
- The damage occurred without clear cause
- The customer does not recall how or when damage occurred
- The device cracked while unattended
- The device was exposed to water or liquid in any amount
Customer statements do not override physical inspection findings.
8. Inspection and Determination of Coverage
All warranty claims are subject to physical inspection by iShattered Electronics.
Warranty eligibility is determined solely by visible and internal device condition at the time of inspection. iShattered Electronics reserves the right to deny warranty coverage based on inspection findings.
9. Warranty Duration
Warranty coverage is valid for 90 days from the original repair date
Warranty applies only to the original repair performed
Warranty is non transferable
10. Limitation of Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Environmental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- New damage occurring after repair
- Damage unrelated to the original repair
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
11. Acceptance of Policy
By proceeding with repair service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Repair Warranty Policy in full.
